Gingerbread and Chocolate Sandwiches



Hot chocolate doesn't have to be mixed with water and served steaming to be tasty. In fact, this hot chocolate frosting may be our favorite new variation, and it's especially delicious when sandwiched between two cookies. If you have time on your hands, make the gingerbread cookies from scratch.


INGREDIENTS

  1. 1/2cup dark chocolate powder
  2. 3teaspoons confectioner's sugar
  3. 3 1/2teaspoons hot water
  4. store-bought cookies



DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine chocolate powder, confectioner's sugar, and hot water in a small bowl. Stir until smooth. Sandwich between store-bought cookies.
