-1 cup of butter (at room temperature)
-1/4 cup vegetable oil
-3 cups of sugar
-5 eggs
-3 cups of flour (for all uses)
-1 cup of milk
-Lemon extract 1 teaspoon (similar to a syntheticvanilla)
icing layer or decorating need 2 or 3 dried lemons +quantity of sugar powder (I keep add the sugar in thejuice until the mixture becomes a viscous liquid and willshow pictures later)
Phase 1:
First Whisk butter until they become like (Photo 1).
Then gradually add the oil and whisk on mediumspeed and pay attention to not exaggerate beats(picture 2-3)...
Then add the sugar (Image 4) (must scrape the edgesof the Bowl from time to time so be sure to integrate some components)...
And whisk until we obtain the desired mixture (Photo5).
Phase 2: Add eggs
Break eggs into a bowl, then add the eggs afteranother and confused well mix after all eggs (fig. 6-7)...
Mixture becomes light and silky after adding eggs(photo 8)
Phase 3:
Add flour and milk, and lemon extract
In this step, you should avoid mixing too much... so dowhip at low speed...
We start by adding the flour and milk
(Cups of flour, then add half a cup of milk, and so onuntil the quantitative end)

Then add the lemon extract and mix gently (Image 11)
Phase 4: brea
Used a jar of 10 inches stone or pottery because itevenly distributes the heat, but you can use thatrelieves you... must be well greased with oil or butterand present it to the temperature of the oven at 300degrees for 90 minutes or more if necessary.
Step 5: cooling
After the passage of time we go out the cake from theoven... utility knife or a clean wooden stick know if theyhave matured... Let cool for 15 minutes before beingremoved from the Chinese and then exit...
The last step: icing
